2024 Supervising Broker

This curriculum will convey the expanded responsibilities of the Supervising Broker. Building on broker basics, you will learn about the additional scope of supervising brokers, the role of a Principal Broker in an agency, as well as how their responsibilities differ from those of the brokers they supervise. Additionally, participants will learn the role of Supervising Broker in reviewing contracts to determine whether correct contact and documentation has occurred and whether an attorney should be involved. This course qualifies for Continuing Education (CE) hours per the Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) requirements.
